Float therapy involves submerging oneself in a tank filled with water infused with 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt, allowing individuals to effortlessly float while enjoying a tranquil atmosphere devoid of light and sound. This innovative therapy aims to alleviate stress, ease physical discomfort, and promote inner peace. Mary’s journey into the world of float therapy began after witnessing her sister’s relief from chronic back pain due to the treatment. Inspired by her own experiences, Mary realized there was a significant need for such a facility in Orleans County, where float therapy is now exclusively available.
Peaceful Path VT features individual and two-person float tanks designed to create a comforting, spacious environment, ideal for anyone, including those dealing with PTSD. Each hour-long session offers the relaxation benefits comparable to four hours of restful sleep.
