Teacher Arrested for Alleged Intoxication at West Rutland School
WEST RUTLAND, Vt. – A 55-year-old teacher, Lori Antal, was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly arriving at West Rutland School while intoxicated, according to Vermont State Police. School officials contacted authorities after noticing signs of impairment in Antal.
Police responded promptly and, upon evaluation, confirmed indications of intoxication. As a result, Antal was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. She has been issued a citation to appear in court next month.
