SME and AMT to Host Manufacturing Technology Series EAST in Massachusetts
Southfield, Mich., May 7, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The nonprofit SME, dedicated to advancing manufacturing technologies, alongside AMT – The Association for Manufacturing Technology, will present the Manufacturing Technology Series EAST at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts, from May 13-15, 2025. This event, formerly known as EASTEC, has been a staple for manufacturers in the Northeast for decades and is the first of four regional shows planned for 2025.
The exhibition will host thousands of manufacturers, featuring the Executive Perspectives Keynote Series, Smart Manufacturing Experience with Secure Shop Solutions, and the Bright Minds Student Summit. “Advanced technology adoption boosts efficiency and profitability, yet challenges remain,” noted SME COO Steve Prahalis.
