A small plane carrying 20 people crashed in Tullahoma, Tennessee, injuring several passengers. The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m. shortly after takeoff from Tullahoma Regional Airport. The aircraft, a de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, went down on Old Shelbyville Road. Authorities, including the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), reported that multiple individuals were transported to local hospitals via medical helicopters, while others received on-site evaluations.
Although the THP did not specify the number of injuries, city spokesperson Lyle Russell confirmed that there were no fatalities and that injuries appeared to be minor. Details about the crash are currently under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
