Severe tornadoes in rural North Dakota have resulted in at least three fatalities, as reported by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, they discovered that storm chasers had found two deceased individuals due to the tornado’s impact. Shortly after, a third fatality was confirmed at a different location by the local fire department.

Reports from KVLY in Fargo indicated that at least three tornadoes touched down in Stutsman, Barnes, and Ransom Counties. Tornado warnings also extended into parts of Minnesota into early Saturday morning as the dangerous weather system moved eastward.
