Press Release: New Hampshire Couple Pleads Guilty in Summer Crime Spree
Manchester, N.H. — A New Hampshire couple, Christopher Boisvert and Meghan Cox, have pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a series of criminal activities last summer that left authorities and local banks on high alert.
The crime wave began in August 2024 in Rockingham, Vermont, where Boisvert and Cox attempted to rob the Rolling Twenties cannabis dispensary. The duo’s plans quickly fell through, leading them to Bellows Falls. Shortly thereafter, police received reports of a robbery at a local TD Bank, where authorities later revealed Boisvert had brandished a Bowie knife, threatened bank employees, and fled with cash.
The couple’s actions sparked a police chase that extended from New Hampshire into Massachusetts, highlighting the severity of their offenses.
Both Boisvert and Cox have been charged with serious offenses and now face a minimum of 20 years in prison. They are set to be sentenced in September, bringing closure to a troubling chapter for the local communities involved.
Authorities have emphasized the importance of community safety and quick response in apprehending the couple, whose reckless behavior put many at risk. This incident serves as a reminder of the ongoing challenges law enforcement faces with sporadic and violent crime.
Residents are encouraged to stay informed and watch for further updates as the case progresses.
